Merry Christmas To All:

Please see the Flyer below and RSVP at 314 692-5642 if you will be attending.   You will need to enlarge the flyer to at least "150".  This is a post card flyer.

As a Minority Council Member of the American Heart/Stroke Association, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Power to End Stroke Luncheon, I would like to invite you to register for the which will be held on Saturday January 15, 2011; space is limited, therefore, you must register immediately.  It will be held at the Sheraton St. Louis City Center Hotel & Suites, 400 S 14th Street, St. Louis, MO 63103.  The Metro Link is directly across from the facility.  Kinks are being worked out at this time concerning a discount or no fee at all on parking.  The Luncheon is free but you cannot get in after 11:30 a.m.  Members had the opportunity to taste the food at our last meeting, it's great!  Regina Belle is the national spokesperson, and will speak and/or sing; possibly both.

I need your support.  As members of this great council, we are encouraged to invite others to attend the health fair and to be screened.  You will have the opportunity to have your blood sugar, pressure, cholesterol, body mass index, and much more screened.  After obtaining at least seven (7) screenings, you will be entered into contest to win a nice, nice prize - surprise. The health fair begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m., again the Luncheon begins at 11:30 a.m.  No one will be allowed to enter after 12:00 noon, and before 11:30 a.m. for the Luncheon, unless you are being screened (priority).

The American Heart Association is expecting at least 600 people, if you register and cannot attend, please, please, please cancel the reservation.  Thanks for all that you do to help others, our families, children and community.
