| Kansas City, MO -- Dear Friends: January is the month we ask all laymen and laymen supporters to register with our Discipleship
Ministry.
We ask our officers, ministry leaders, state, district and local laymen presidents to secure a
discipleship from the men and women of their organizations and churches.
The discipleship is $40.00 for adults and $25.00 for juniors.
We ask that they be mailed in or brought to the January Mid-Winter Board meeting.
Please Note:
1. This is the only meeting where the laymen directory, calendar and portfolio is given out.
These items are not mailed out. Someone must pick them up at the board meeting.
2. If you want person's names to appear in the 2011 directory, they must mail their discipleship
to Brother Emerson Turner no later than 12-25-10.

3. If you need the multi-part discipleship form to sign up people, please email me your request
that includes the quantity needed and your mailing address.
