Dr. Julius Scruggs has scheduled an NBCUSA Affordable Care Act webinar for Monday, November 4, 2013, 8:30 p.m. EST (7:30 p.m. CST). This call is done in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and Enroll America. African-Americans are disproportionately more likely to be uninsured, with more than 1 out of every 5 being without health care coverage. The good news is that this fall marks the beginning of an historic opportunity to enroll millions of uninsured Americans into coverage through the new Health Insurance Marketplace made available by the ACA. This webinar with experts from HHS, Enroll America, and the NBCUSA will provide you with the information you need to know about the law and how you can help spread the word to family, friends, and neighbors who need health care coverage.
