Berean Annual Session Information Needed

To all Auxiliary Presidents, Directors, Secretaries:

Our Annual Session of the Berean District Association is fast approaching. (July 21-26, 2013)

I will need the following from you by the June 3rd Board Meeting ( which will be held at Mercy Seat MB Church):

-Your Program for the Annual Session

-Your list of Officers

-Information for the Yearbook, including officers, calendar of events for 2013-2014

-Email addresses and updated address/phone numbers for your officers

-And as you look through the current year book, please send information on members listed in the book who are deceased, or no longer hold the positions in your auxiliaries
