PART TIME-ASSISTANT Property Manager
Senior Subsidized apartment community in south St. Louis City (Alexian Court
Apartments) seeks a detail-oriented, people person to fill this PART-time
position.
Responsibilities include: completing annual HUD re-certifications,
leasing/marketing skills, rent collection, A/P, tenant relations and general
administrative duties. Computer skills with previous leasing or assistant
apartment management are HIGHLY DESIRED. This is a part time position at 20
hours per week, M-F.
