Auxiliary Presidents:

-Please be prepared with your reports and have copies available for the Moderator, Vice Moderators

        and Recording Secretaries.

        - Please have your Annual Session Programs and give to Kathy Harris, Thanks

Pastors: Please be sure to bring your assessments. The fiscal year will end on June 30th, and if your assessments are not paid up, any students applying for scholarships will be ineligible.

Also- Scholarship application deadline is May 31st.

Please take note of the announcements and govern yourself accordingly.
