Registration form for 7 State Workshop. Registration is $150.00 based on double occupancy. Single is $300.00 Registration covers 2 nights lodging, Breakfast, lunch and Banquet Saturday and Breakfast Sunday morning. Transportation not included. StLouis area has a bus and bus fare leaving and returning to St Louis is $80.00 extra or a total of $230.00 round trip.
