                                      And

                      Renaissance, 401 Locust Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50309     

This 2014 Workshop is in Des Moines, Iowa

 

Subject: 7 Midwest States Laymen Workshop 2014

 

Registration form for 7 State Workshop. Registration is $150.00 based on double occupancy. Single is $300.00 Registration covers 2 nights lodging, Breakfast, lunch and Banquet Saturday and Breakfast Sunday morning. Transportation not included. StLouis area has a bus and bus fare leaving and returning to St Louis is $80.00 extra or a total of $230.00 round trip. Registration must be paid by August 20^th, Transportation must be reserved and paid for by Sept 30^th. Any questions call President Jefferson at 314-239-0461
