Arthur Hill Passes Away St. Louis, MO       Dear Friends:   Arthur Hill, past president of the Berean District Laymen St. Louis, Missouri, passed away on Monday, October 7, 2013. Hill was an active member of the Missouri Laymen and long time deacon at the Galilee Baptist Church. He served as the Missouri State Laymen Treasurer for many years.
