Prayer Requests–Intercessory Prayer
Brethren, The prayer request area of the State Convention Website is up and fully functional. It will even allow you to “subscribe” to a “Prayer Chain”. What that means is that if you enter your email address, whenever a request is APPROVED, you will get a copy of it.
Might I suggest that we keep each other informed of local members in need of prayer on the site? It might also make sense to either subscribe to the Prayer Chain or check the site just before any district Prayer Meetings and remember those in need of prayer.
I will get an email each time a request is submitted and will approve the requests as soon as possible. Let’s face it, people have always abused stuff and today is no different. There is a language filter but who knows what might slip through without eyes on before posting.

Berean Social Services Topic – Monday, Dec 13
- Affirms life.
- Recognizes dying or "transitioning" as a process, so care provided is for comfort rather than a cure.
- Neither hastens nor postpones death, but accepts the end of life in a dignified respectful and compassionate manner.
- Provides physical, emotional, and spiritual care to the patient we assist with comfort and education during the most important journey of life.
- Helps the terminally ill person maintain dignity and quality of life while helping family members through a very stressful time in their lives.
